Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de servicios de alimentación para trabajadores del sector industrial en el cantón Ambato, provincia del Tungurahua

Abstract

Study of feasibility for the creation of a feeding service industry for workers of the industrial Sector in the canton Ambato, country of Tungurahua. The investigation is cross descriptive, with a structured survey, it is obtained the opinion of 191 workers and employees in ages between 15 and 55 years. Of which 82% of them want a specialized company to take charge of this service. The marketing study determined that unsatisfied demand exist, the same one that will be covered by the company in 62%. The technical study determined the design of the production plant, in a area of 320 m2 being distributed among the administrative atmospheres, commercialization and spaces for load parking and discharges. SERALIN will be located in the sector of Izamba, with facilities for the market of suppliers and consumers. The project is technically viable and economically profitable, whit an investment of 201.309 USD. With 149.000 of credit to 10 years, at an interest rate of 14% it has an Actual Net value (ANV) of 70.176,7 USD with a discount rate of 23%; the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 34,6%; the Period of Recovery of the Investment (PRI) is 4,03 years; the Benefit/Cost (B/C) 1,16 USD that is to say that the company for one overturned dollar gains 0,16 USD. In the environmental aspect the contamination is minimum, for the handling of water, waste, steam, it is expected that measures will help to complete the regulatory schemes of the Ministry of Environment.
