Plan de desarrollo turístico para la parroquia San José de Payamino, cantón Loreto, provincia de Orellana

Abstract

The aim of this research is elaborate a tourist development plan in favor of the parish San José de Payamino, Francisco de Orellana canton, Orellana province; through the review, analysis and systematization of secondary information sources, information gathered during participatory workshops and outings in the field, in terms of tourism diagnosis, tourist infrastructure, tourist facilities and tourism superstructure. The inventory of tourist attractions identifies 7 natural attractions according to the methodology of MINTUR 2004, those are in hierarchies II, 8 cultural manifestations are identified, in the characterization of the demand the profile of tourists disposed to visit the parish and the activities of preference: within the philosophical and strategic approach of the plan following the mission, vision, values and strategic objectives were defined. In the structure of the programs and projects the analysis of problems, objectives and involved is developed, which contribute to the formulation of the programs and projects, of which 4 programs and 14 projects based on Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir and PLANDETUR 2020 to strengthen the development of tourism in the parish, finally in the multiannual budget execution plan requires an investment of $ 874,745.20 to implement the programs and plans for this research.
