Caracterización anatómica de (Trophis caucana, maclura tinctoria, rollinia dolichopetala y clarisia racemosa), mediante tinciones; procedentes del Parque Botánico Regional Sucúa ubicado en la provincia de Morona Santiago.

Abstract

This research proposes evaluating: four dyes and identifying macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of Trophis caucana, Maclura tinctoria, Rollinia dolichopetala and Clarisia racemosa coming from the Regional Botanical Sucua Park, located in the Morona Santiago Province, where samples from a floristic inventory made by Salinas (20179) were obtained. For the description of the determination of characteristic such as color of the sapwood and heartwood, texture, lustre, veining, grain, taste, smell, and density. In addition cubes of 2 cm of Edge were obtained and an improving technique was established to the work done by Baños (2017) for the analysis of the microscopic characteristics of the woods, adding to the, safranin stains at 2.5%, bring Green at 5% and bring blue at 2.5%. Once the plates were assembled, the observation was made under the microscope and the best dye was evaluated by qualitative description, pore morphology, number and size of the pores by counting by optical fields. Determining that the species are different in terms of macroscopic characteristics both in color of the sapwood, heartwood color, texture, grain, veining, brightness, smell and taste in fresh state; as for the microscopic characteristics, the species are similar in terms of the numbers of pores/mm2, but different in the their pores size. The best dye in the three cuts for Clarisia racemosa was safranin: for Rollinia dolichopetala in transverse cut were safranin and Green malachite whereas in tangential and radial cut was safranin; for Maclura tinctoria in transverse and radial cut was bringt blue and in tangential cut was safranin; for Trophis caucana in trasnverse cut was bringt green, while in tangential and radial cut was safranin.
