Diseño de una ruta turística para el cantón Loreto, provincia de Orellana

Abstract

The present research proposes: to design a touristic route for the Loreto canton, province of Orellana by means of the collection of Primary, Secondary information and field trips where the evaluation of the touristic potential was carried out with the inventory of natural and cultural attractions and the situational diagnosis, the market study was carried out through the application of surveys determining the profile of domestic and foreign tourists, the calculation of the current and potential demand was identified; current and complementary offer, analysis of the compettion and supply-demand confrontation obtaining the objective demand and the marketing plan for the touristic route Mundo Verde, for technical design, the size of the proyect was determined with the apparent consumption of the clients for the elaboration of three touristic packages, flow charts were designed for touristic activities, the touristic route Mundo Verde will have as legal figure the law of Company in limited partnership, a proposal of a functional organic structure and a manual of procedures and functions were made, the environmental mitigation actions were determined in relation to the activities to be developed in the touristic route. The financial study states that the initial investment will be $ 88449 giving a positive Net Present Value of 126,861.45 and an Internal Rate of Return of 26%. Indicating that the project is viable for its implementation.
