Diseño de un Centro Interpretativo de la Reserva Wasaí, provincia Tambopata, departamento Madre de Dios, Perú.

Abstract

The present research proposes: to design an interpretative center in the Wasaí Reserve, Tambopata province, Madre de Dios department, Peru; This was designed in five phases: The first one corresponds to the diagnosis of the current state of the tourist attractions of the Wasaí private reserve, was carried out with the inventory of the tourist attractions where it was possible to determine that the state of conservation of the attractions is good; The second phase correspond to the determination of the interpretive potential of the attractions of this reserve, a stage carried out through exhaustive field work, determining that the reserve has a high interpretive potential which may allow tourist to visit the interpretive center: The third phase corresponds to the characterization of the audience that allowed to structure the plan, identifying as potential audience to national and foreign tourist of the elderly who visit Wasaí Maldonado Lodge; The fourth phase corresponds to the elaboration of the technical design focuses on the philosophical approach, strategic approach, later selecting the contents and elaborating the interpretative means and the architectural profile of the interpretative center; Finally the fifth phase corresponds to the management proposal the establishes steps for the proper management of the center taking into account organizational charts and procedures for the provision of services so that in the near future can be applied and allows to develop a sustainable tourism that helps to preserve the Tourist attractions of Wasaí private reserve.
