Desarrollo de un Sistema GEO Referenciado para el apoyo a la gestión del Sistema Municipal de Estacionamiento Rotativo Tarifado (SIMERT), Municipalidad Ambato. Periodo 2015 - 2016

Abstract

The Investigation Work has as its main Objetive “THE DEVELOPMENT OF A GEO SYSTEM REFERENCED TO THE SUPPORT TO THE MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF ROTARY PAID PARKING (SIMERT), AMBATO MUNICIPALITY, 2015 – 2016 PERIOD”. The proyect was executed through the application of observation and questionnaire guidelines which served as instruments for the information obtainment. From the results obtained in its application it was posible to determine the critical points existing in the SIMERT department which were the starting point for the proposal execution. The development and application of a System not only implies the technological participation; it is the human potential the one benefitted by it, optimizing processes and resources. This is why, it is recommended to apply the Georeferenced System for the support of the Municipal System Management of the Paid Rotary Parking SIMERT, in Ambato city as it will permit to order and regulate the use of the public streets down town, avoiding the vehicle jam, reducing the operation costs and allowing the equal use of parking in the public streets.
