Plan de salvaguardia del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de la comunidad Rumiloma, parroquia Ingapirca, cantón Cañar.

Abstract

In the community of Rumiloma, the phenomenon of migration, socioeconomic problems and educational deficit represent a great threat to the knowledge, permanense, and intergenerational transmission of cultural manifestations and traditions of the locality. For this reason, the present research work on curricular integration aims to create a plan to safeguard the intangible cultural heritage of the of the Rumiloma community, in Cañar province. The methodology used had a deductive analytical approach of primary information through field trips, observation, and interviews with local people, and the secondary information was obtained from reliable bibliographic sources; whit this, the territorial characterization was carried out through the 5-star method, a historical analysis of the locality was made, the manifestations were recorded in registry cards, the state of vulnerability of the same was analyzed and the plan was proposed based on the axes: philosophical, strategic and operational. Based on this work process, it was possible to identify that the most representative problems in the territory are accessibility, lack of basic services and high levels of migration; in the historical analysis it was possible to build a timeline from the origin of the settlers to the present; in the registration of demostrations, a total of 25 were counted; and the analysis of the vulnerability of the demostrations, resulted in 11 (44%) being in force ;8 (32%) are vulnerable and 6 (24%) are highly vulnerable. To sum up, four programs and eight projects were structured in the safeguarding plan, to achieve the revitalization, dissemination, and transmission of Rumiloma culture, with a total investment of 11, 562.00.
