Abstract

The objective of this project was to develop a brand and a website housing rental to university students, through virtual platforms. In this way, a web page was designed, designed, and created to offer apartments and real estate that met certain requirements, especially considering special needs of people who require appropriate and easily accessible places. The method created by the engineer Dely Maybel Gil Alvarez was used as a reference, which consists of the development of six phases: analysis, which determines the selection of users; planning contemplates the selection of software, hardware and the cost of investment and the benefits to be achieved; content that takes into consideration the type of users it is targeting; the design naming, usability, and accessibility are established; testing where tests are performed to improve the user experience; and finally the marketing and advertising phase in which the service is offered. As a result, Primerdepar.com website was created with location maps are found and selected, such as ESPOCH, UNACH north campus, UNACH center campus, UNACH, La Dolorosa campus, Plaza Alfaro (train station ), with real photos of the apartments, their services and direct contact with the lessee. For this reason, Primerdepar.com is a page with an exclusive focus on foreign students that seeks to solve the needs and problems that have not been taken into account previously. It concluded that this methodology broadens the field of action of users. The permanent identification of students needs is recommended to offer this type of service.
