Planificación estratégica para la empresa Loogika S.A. en la ciudad de Pujilí para el período 2022- 2026

Abstract

The objective of the present investigation was to design a strategic planning for the company Loogika S.A. in the city of Pujilí for the period 2022-2026, certifying the achievement of objectives and timely decision-making in the organization. The planning was carried out based on a field and documentary investigation, surveys were applied to both clients and the administrative staff of the organization, its purpose is to apply a tool that allows improving administrative management and strategic business management. An internal and external analysis of the risks that affect the company was also carried out using the SWOT matrix, an interview was conducted with the Manager who stated that they do not have a strategic planning, which is why the purposes and objectives set by the entity were not achieved. . This research work supports the need to provide a management tool for the administrative solution and contribute to the development of the organization, in order to promote the internal and external improvement of the main areas of the entity. It is recommended to develop and foster a planning culture within the organization, as well as to constantly evaluate administrative management.
