Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de un centro de acopio comunitario de trigo para la comercialización en la parroquia de Achupallas, en el cantón Alausí, provincia de Chimborazo, año 2022

Abstract

The objective of this research work was to carry out a feasibility study for the opening and creation of a wheat collection center in Achupallas parish of Alausí canton, Chimborazo province in order to create economic mobility and profitability for the producers of the sector. All this was achieved through a methodology with a mixed approach which allowed analyzing the study variables using inductive and deductive, analytical-synthetic methods, collecting the necessary information through techniques such as the survey and the interview and their respective instruments. The structure of the proposal and the feasibility project was designed, which began with a market study, followed by a technical, administrative and financial study. The main results were obtained based on the identification of the supply and unsatisfied demand of wheat in the market; in addition to the technical processes for the construction of the collection center; and the appropriate calculation of the material and financial resources to achieve the start-up of the company. It is concluded that there is a positive scenario for the opening of the Collection Center since the financial study shows a positive NPV of $675,699.97 dollars and an IRR of 33.64%. It is recommended that investors make use of this document as a technical guide for carrying out the investment since it can generate a positive profitability indicator.
