Estrategias para salvaguardar el patrimonio cultural inmaterial del pueblo Puruhá del cantón Colta, periodo 2020

Abstract

The objective of this degree work was to develop strategies to safeguard the intangible cultural heritage of the Puruhá people from Colta canton, period 2020, to promote their culture and help to improve the standard of living and conditions of the people. The research techniques used were direct observation, survey applied to authorities and questionnaires applied to GAD workers. The findings were: low institutional budget for this activity, low levels of efficiency in the fulfillment of cultural activities, no mention of cultural activities in the Annual Operational Plan. The results of the evaluation were presented to the financial management with an analysis and interpretation of the information to obtain strategies and to analyze the good and optimal use of the monetary resources of the public institution and thus become a tool for strengthening cultural and heritage identity. It is concluded that there is a great variety of intangible cultural heritage for the strengthening of cultural identity that will allow to generate important changes in the population of the canton, besides optimizing the diverse resources of the public entity. It is recommended to the authorities that promote research studies for the conservation, dissemination and valuation of the intangible cultural heritage that our Andean people possess to strengthen the legacy of our ancestral roots
