Elaboración, Control de Calidad de Comprimidos Fitofarmaceúticos a Base de Extractos de Mazanilla (Matricaria chamomilla L.), Ajo (Allium Sativa) y Jengibre (Zingiber officinale).

Abstract

"The object of this work was the elaboration and quality control of phyto pharmaceutical pills based on chamomile extracts (Matricaria chamomilla), garlic (Allium sativum) and Einger (Zingiber officinalis) o do this, it was used the wet granulation method in which it was incorporated vegetal extract in a doses of 21.6% besides the PVP in a concentration of 4% to form the mucilage and incorporate together with the tarch glicolatum sodium at 10%, mono moisturized lactose at 30%, corn starch at 29.4 to have the formation of the granulate and be placed in the drying oven in order to obtain a humidity of 2.549%%, which will be regranulated and mixed up with the powder at 4% and the magnesium estearatum at 1% to continue with the tableting process in order to obtain pill with the following specifications of quality: a flat round pill, smoothed surfaces, beveled sides with a white-yellowish coloration, bitter taste and aromatic smell. It will have a diameter of 10.42 mum, 10.07 thick, 635 kp hard, disintegration period 9 min, 0.23% friability; accomplishing this way with the rate specifications set up in the methodologies of USP 30. In the microbiological analysis it was obtained to mesophilic acrobes a result of 10 UFC/g, lack of mold and yeast, lack of total coliforms and fecal coliforms, which demonstrates that the pills do not show hygienic of manufacturing contamination. The elaboration of the pills with vegetal extracts provided better characteristics to the administration as a phyto medication having as a purpose a better presentation, doses accuracy. sof transportation and taste to be accepted by the costumers."
