Abstract

The objective of this degree work was to propose an education guide. For the realization of the road safety education guide, surveys were applied to the students, these surveys were carried out with the objective of knowing the current situation of the students' knowledge about road safety education issues and consecutively two road safety education guides were carried out. The first for elementary basic education students and the second road safety education guide for middle and higher basic education students, which covered all the topics that the students were unaware of in the surveys, the socialization of the guides were carried out through the zoom platform and finally the questionnaires were applied again to evaluate the knowledge acquired after the application of the road safety education guides. As results it was obtained that the students of basic elementary education before the application of the driver's education guide had an average knowledge of 23% and then 98.5% and the students of basic middle and higher education before the application of the driver's education guide had an average knowledge of 28% and then 99%. It is concluded that the road safety education guide was made based on information from secondary sources and that when it was socialized with the students, their knowledge about road safety education issues increased. It is recommended the road safety education work with students with a didactic method way.
