Implementación de una empresa que brinde servicio de catering de bebidas en la ciudad de Riobamba, provincia de Chimborazo 2018

Abstract

In the present titling work, it is proposed the development of a feasibility study for the creation of a company that will give and offer the services of catering of beverages in the city of Riobamba, by the means of a descriptive and field research that allows to obtain real information about the current market situation and our potential customers. In the market study, an unsatisfied demand of 66% was obtained, this fact being positive since strengthens the creation of the company and its potential acceptability both in the product as well as in the type of service that will be offered; the technical study established the size and location of the company as well as the standardization of recipes, the process manual, internal regulations and the design of the beverages-booklet; the administrative study allowed the development of the manual of functions where the jobs are established with the profile for each one of them; in the legal study, it was carried out the investigation regarding to the laws and regulations which the company will be governed by, in order to function properly; the study of the environment served to determine the environmental impact and the mitigation methods that we will apply to decrease it; to conclude, a financial study was carried out, here the calculation of the Net Present Value (NPV) was carried out of 201,656.86 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 27.17%, being higher than the bank credit rate, thus obtaining a value of cost-benefit ratio of $ 1.14 with profits of $ 0.14 for each dollar invested, therefore the enterprise is viable and functional. It can be concluded by mentioning that the project is profitable since there is a good projection of an increase in annual sales. It is advisable to carry out some sort of inventory, so a record of all the sales advances of each day can be kept.
