Abstract

The present investigation proposes an “improvement of the sanitary system for the feeding service in the County Hospital Publio Escobar Colta 2015”, due to the lack of knowledge of the feeding and beverage management in the hospital institutions specifically in the kitchen area of the hospitals, which are not conducted adequately, a hygiene control, and the feeding quality by different aims among which is the wrong alimentary management. With the help of this guide or manual will train and support to the staff that work in the hospital to bring an optimal and safe code to feed it and the most important to the patients that enter the same. The obtained outcomes that the simple gave of many of the exiting shortfalls with a 63% with the usage of the hygiene norms and the handling of food as well as the techniques and culinary methods. That is why the Good Practices of Manufacturing and Within this, the norms and principles for the people, who handle directly the food and on this way reduces and improves the shortfalls that existed. As recommendation is advisable to follow the steps that are In the manual and respect the guidelines in the feeding processes from the entrance of the same and the temperatures of each food that is going to be worked and obtain an optimal dietary safety.
