Elaboración del reglamento interno de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la empresa Miviltech soluciones industriales S.A de la ciudad de Ambato.

Abstract

The present degree work consists in the development of the internal safety and health regulation in the workplace of Miviltech Soluciones Industriales Company S.A, for which it was, analyzed the current state of risks in qualitative form through the application of the matrix INSHT, considering the following: trivial risk, moderate risk, tolerable risk, significant risk and intolerable risk. The most important risks were analyzed subsequently if it be the case, such as tolerable, important and intolerable, through a quantitative analysis with the application of the NTP330 matrix; In this way, the level of risk and the level of action were determined to mitigate or eliminate these risks if it were possible. The policy on safety and health at work was also performed according to the guidelines established on the OHSAS 18001.2007 standard literal 4.2 , the internal regulation was elaborated finally with the results of the analysis carried out by applying the guidelines established in the format determined by the Ministry of Labor, identifying each one of the guidelines, articles and items taken from legal bodies in force in our country, which are connected to the reality of the studied company, also taking into account what is established in the Ministerial Agreement 220. With the accomplishment of this work it is possible to maintain an optimal balance in terms of safety and health in each one of the areas of the company, protecting the well-being of workers as well as the assets of the company, taking into account always that health and safety at work is not an expense, to the contrary, it is an investment that will bring great benefits for the company.
