Desarrollo de un sistema de gestión de archivos para el departamento de Talento Humano de la Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo

Abstract

In the Escuela Politécnica de Chimborazo, the Human Talent department presents problems in the time of access of information for the issuance of certificates; therefore, in order to modify this time, a file management system (SGA) is used in the present titling work. To do this, it uses the SCRUM software development methodology and as an IDE NetBeans 8.2 tool. The proposed system, through the implementation of a mixed type structural model and the use of electronic technology through a scanner equipment, allows managing the digitized information of the different sections of the folder. For the proposed objective, two groups of studies were established that were used as the data collection of the observation, with a level of confidence of 95% and a level of significance of 5%, the time of obtaining folders was achieved. The control group obtaining an average equivalent to 434.84 seconds and for the experimental group the average of 13.508 seconds. After applying the inferential statistics through the Z test, it was determined that there are significant differences; It is concluded that the SGA improved the time of obtaining the folder by 96.89%. It is recommended that the existing subsystems fit the information found in the folder stored in the Human Talent file area are integrated into the file management system, to reduce the manipulation of the documentation of the polytechnic workers.
