Sistema para el control de aportaciones y préstamos de la caja de ahorros de la empresa Tubasec C.A.

Abstract

The objective of the present research work was to reduce the time in granting loans and the generation of reports for the savings bank of Tubasec C.A. company, through the development of a system, for which techniques such as observation and interview were used. They were applied to the person in charge of the box. The system was made based on SCRUM agile development methodology, which allowed creating an optimal and interactive work environment between the client and the system. For the creation of the system, it was followed the Model, View, View model (MVVM). For the development of the application, AngularJS technology was used for the front end, while for the back end we worked with Java in the NetBeans 8.2 development environment and RestFULL services, which allowed the connection between the front end and the back end, and MySQL was used to manage the database. On the system it was possible to verify the reduction of time in the processes of granting loans and generation of reports through the use of descriptive statistics. In this way it can be said that the system responded favorably to each of the processes, since there is a reduction of time of up to 98% in the granting of loans and 99.96% in the generation of reports. It is recommended to extend the AngularJS studies to find other ways to create code for the generation of reports, because the libraries with which it works, do not allow generating them automatically.
