Diseño de un modelo de gestión administrativo - financiero para la Empresa SKANDINAR S.A., de la ciudad de Ambato, provincia de Tungurahua

Abstract

The current research proposes an Administrative – Financial Management Model for Skandinar S.A. company of Ambato city, Tungurahua province as a mechanism to improve business administrative efficiency. Direct observation, interviews and surveys were applied in this research. Technical processes sheets, indicators, procedures and flowcharts were used in the information-collecting process in the development of process management model. Support documentation of the organization's commitment, documented procedures and records are included in the structure. Some deficiencies like past-due portfolio recovery processes, sellers do not comply with established sales routes, as well as communication between the different departments generates administrative conflicts were identified. The developed model is a reference framework for the administration aim to improve the administrative and financial processes supported on the processes management allowing to establish an organizational culture change. A focus on the process map was carried out to stablish the development path of each activity that the company must perform with emphasis on the value-adding processes. It is recommended to involve all members of the company in the model implementation in order to initiate the organizational culture change, fostering the commitment to achieve business administrative efficiency.
