Abstract

The present investigation has as aim to develop the Design of an Integral Management System base don the ISO norms 22000: 20005 of Food Safety ISO 14001: 2008 of Environmental Management and OHSAS 18001:2007 of Safety and Occupational Health for the Company “Bioalimentar” Co., Ltd. of the city of Ambato dedicated to the pet, livestock, human and agricultural nutrition. Having done the desing of the methodology to investigate, consecutively it was proceeded to collect the data focused on the different ítems related to the management of the Company such as: harmlessness, Environment, Occupational Safety and Healthy, in relation to the diagnosis, it was oriented to the processes and activities that are made in the Company, afterwards, the outcomes were obtained, these corroborated the cultural organization of the Company, since it has a certified norm ISO 22000:2005 of Food Safety, by means of which allows giving the following step within the process of continuous improvement to make the integration of the norms such as: ISO 14001:2008 of Environmental Management, OHSAS 18001: 2007 of Occupatational safety and Health and the Desing of the Integrative Management System for the organization, the same that will permit to the organization to standardize its processes, to assure the Integral Management System of its operations, to improve its work systems and to add worth to the offering products, by showing in the satisfaction of its external and internal customers and in the adventage that face its main competitors.
