Plan de concientización ciudadana enfocado al desarrollo del turismo sostenible para la cabecera cantonal Puerto Francisco de Orellana, cantón Francisco de Orellana, provincia de Orellana

Abstract

The present research aims to elaborate a citizen awareness plan focused on the development of sustainable tourism to canton from Puerto Francisco de Orellana. This was designed in three phases; the first one corresponds to the analysis of local actors’ cantonal head from Puerto Francisco de Orellana. It related to the touristic activity, it carried out through the mapping of actors in which the actors were identified who related in the tourist development; the same one that showed the relationships that exist between them and the degree of involvement. Second, this phase corresponds to the situational diagnosis of dynamics from tourism sector stage carried out through an exhaustion field, work determining, this place has 8 attractions: 3 belong to the tourist natural heritage and 5 to the cultural patrimony; in this same phase was determined the characterization of the audience that allowed to structure the plan identified as potential audience to taxi drivers, local population, and touristic servers. Finally, the third phase called the awareness plan in which the mission, vision, strategic objectives, policies, principles and values were structured; establishing three programs and 6 projects duly budgeted so that in the near future it can be applied and its.
