Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un Ecolodge en el cantón Taisha, provincia de Morona Santiago

Abstract

This research proposes: the feasibility study for the creation of an Eco Lodge in the Taisha canton, province of Morona Santiago; which consist of six points: the validation of the tourism potential of the community of Yuwints, where was the present study; the market study; technical feasibility; socio – environmental feasibility; viability administrative – legal and economic viability – financial. Obtaining results 100% of the tourists who do not know the canton of Taisha, they would like to know and would like believed an Eco lodge in the place, which offers services of accommodation, food, recreation and health, awareness and care of the enviroment, for which designed flat architectural, determining adequate space for each area and the staff required for the proper functioning of the company, as well as the design of the whole marketing mix; it is noteworthy that the environmental and social impact study, determined that environmental damage in the construction phase, will cause for which developed mitigation measures; and finally determined in the study economic and financial, the implementation of the proposed project will hace a cost of $617.366,64, value that will be funded by the partners of the company and bank loan, with a VAN ( net present value) $433.657,59 dollars, an IRR (internal rate of return) of 24% and a relationship benefit – cost of $1,40. It is recommended to socialize the project with the development of the community.
