Evaluación de la percepción de los visitantes respecto a la calidad de su visita al Parque Nacional El Palmar, provincia entre Ríos, república Argentina

Abstract

The current investigation proposes: to evaluate the perception of the visitors that receives the National Park "El Palmar", located in the province of Entre Ríos, Argentine Republic; in the face of the activities and services that this offer; It consists of three stages: the situational diagnosis of the activities and services of the protected area, the evaluation of perception through variables and indicators, contrasting the perceptions and their variations in a normal weekend and a holiday and strategic planning to improve the perception of visitors. It was determined that both the services and the activities offered in the protected area presented shortcomings that have been met by the personal, however, improved 60% of the visitors are satisfied with what is offered by the National Park "El Palmar "so far. Concercing variables and indicators, it was determined that there is a variation in the perceptions of visitors up to 35% regarding a typical weekend and a holiday, a situation that was corroborated with a chi-square test in the three nominal variables the statistical test value is higher than the critical level, which is significance represents a variation in the data obtained from the regular weekends with the ones of publicholidays. Finally, eleven strategies were porposed which will allow elevating the level of satisfaction of the visitors through a prioritization of Holmes in three aspects of viability: short-term, economic and technical.
