Análisis e interpretación de indicadores para el informe de sustentabilidad de responsabilidad social empresarial, en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Guaranda Ltda., para el año 2012

Abstract

The present paper is titled "Analysis and Interpretation of indicators for the report of sustanability of Corporate Social Responsibility, in the savings and Credit Cooperative Guaranda Uda., for the year 2012", It starts with the necessity of measuring its results and social impact in the community. Within the methodology, the formula by ETHOS is used; it is designed as a tool of learning and evaluation of the management for the enterprises these indicators are of two kinds, indicators in depth or of stages and binary and quantitative indicators. The research has five chapters. Chapter one is based generalities of the cooperative, its historical background and its strategic direction. Chapter two is the theoretical basis of the Cooperative Social Responsibility, a conceptual framework of the research. Chapter three was the diagnostic of the cooperative Social Responsibility COAC Guaranda Ud., evaluating dimensions such as: values, transparency, municipality, internal public, environment, suppliers, partners and clients, community government and society. The report of sustainability of the Corporate Social Responsibility was done; it was divided into two sections, one that refers to the provided information by the participants of the cooperative during the previous survey and the other showing the information of results in the evaluation of the indicators of corporate social responsibility. Favorable results have been obtained in most of the indicators, It was determined that there are indicators that are not applicable and other ones that the cooperative had not tried befare. It is recommended that the report to be consider for the design and implementation of policies to carry out activities of the Cooperative Social Responsibility, Guaranda Ltda.
