Diseño de un plan de salvaguardia del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de la parroquia Flores, cantón Riobamba, provincia de Chimborazo

Abstract

The present research was carried out with propose to desing a plan to safeguard the intangible cultural heritage in Flores parish, Riobamba canton, province of Chimvorazo; It applied the analytical, descriptive and field method; collected secondary information, bibliographical sources and participatory field research; Gave because of total 100% manifestations; 21% (6) belong to the field traditions and oral expressions, 4% (1) to the performing arts, 46% (13) rituals and festive acts, 25% (7) to field knowledge and its tradicional with nature and the universe and with 4% (1) to scope tradicional craft techniques house one with their respective subfields and the community it belongs to 57% are recognized as vulnerable current manifestations, 29% are manifestations in the collective memory and 14% are manifestations in force. After analyzing the SWOT matrix critical knots and key success factors are prioritized, the strategies of plan are structured 4 programs and 9 projects each identified with their respective budget. As for the strategic-philosophical approach, responds to the safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage, to mitigate the present social vulnerability, the valorization of cultural significance, valuation and recognition as part of its identity and transmission of living memory, to ensure its permanence at the time. The cultural richness of different populations should be investigated and disseminated to prevent them from being lost over and to continue studies on intangible cultural heritage through established categories and criteria, to strengthen, and disseminate them.
