Diseño de un producto turístico de la parroquia Lago San Pedro, cantón La Joya de los Sachas, provincia de Orellana

Abstract

This research proposes: designing a tourist product in the parish of San Pedro, La Joya de los Sachas, province of Orellana; The evaluation of tourism potencial was carried out, througth the collection of primary, secondary and field information. It identified 6 tourist attractions with hieranchy 1. Fort he elaboration of the market study, as a universe the study to tourists who visited the Yasuni National Park was taken, which allowed to know the profile of the national and foreing tourist. A marketing plan based on direct distribution channels, a communication plan consisting of a slogan, web page design, presentatiion card, triptychs and other means that will contribute to customer acquisition is designed for the preparation of the productive tecnichal study to guarantee success. The product is based in 2 packages with their respective itineraries and costs. Fort he preparation of the legal administrative study, a Community Tourism Center will be established. Fort he determination of the enviromental assessment, an enviromental mitigation table was drawn up. Finally, the economic and financial study was carried out, which determines that the initial investment will be $ 57, 683. 82 giving a positive NPV of $ 137,149.77, reaching a 30% IRR. It is concluded that the project is feasible and its implementatiion is recomended as a contribution to the growth and development of the tourist offerof the parish.
