Gestión de riesgos en base a la normativa GTC-45 e implementación de la señalética en la Empresa “Fundilaser".

Abstract

The elaboration of the risk management plan based on the GTC-45 regulations and the implementation of the signage in the company “FUNDILASER” takes as a purpose to mitigate the existing threats and to provide a safe working environment for its employees. An analysis of the current situation of the company with the identification of the substandard conditions with the sheets of the checklist obtaining a result 65.58% of sub-standard conditions, 26.86% of standard conditions and 12.56% of conditions that do not apply in the company, as well as in the elaboration of the process diagrams to know the stages of production that are carried out, after the identification of occupational risks. Subsequently the identification and assessment of risks by the matrix of dangers of the GTC-45, obtaining 14.86% of risks of critical level, 45.27% of high level, 33.78% of average level and 6.08% of low level, the whole analysis of the real situation of the company was made with a research of field type. Based on the current situation of the company, the necessary arguments for the elaboration of risk management and the implementation of the signage are obtained. At the end of the work it is concluded that the company has the necessary signage so that its employees are informed of the risks in which they are exposed, of the prevention measures, the prohibitions inside the installations, the evacuation routes, the identification of emergency teams and meeting points in the event of a disaster, also recommended the implementation of this risk management and all the points that it details such as: the risk management policy, formation of the committee for work safety and hygiene, prevention measures, delivery of personal protection equipment, contingency and emergency plan, internal regulation of industrial safety and hygiene suggesting the company to maintain and update in a continuous form the risk management plan.
