Análisis de la gestión administrativa y financiera en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Tisaleo, período 2015

Abstract

This research is intended to carry out the analysis of financial and administrative management of the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government from TISALEO in regarding the Organic Code of the Public Finances Planning, the Territorial Organizational, Autonomy and Decentralization Code and the theoretical fundamentals which give the scientific support to his study. This research accounts for the field research methodology by applying surveys and interviews addressed to make the budgetry diagnosis and determine the entity current situation. The financial budgetary analysis was carried out through a horizontal analysis and the financial indexes in order to know the financial and administrative reality of this entity enabling us to evaluate the Budget execution accomplishment and the level of planned and executed work which accounts for the financial and administrative achievements during 2015. Therefore, it is advisable to keep regular evaluations to justify the execution of planned Works and activities during this term so that the data obtained from these study results become the fundamentals for measuring of the authority achievements of Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government MADG from TISALEO.
