Desarrollo de un sistema web de gestión financiera para la fundación “Jaspe” utilizando la tecnología de base de datos No-SQL.

Abstract

The present work of degree had as objective the development of a web system of financial management for the Foundation JASPE, using the technology of non-SQL database. This system was designed to automate the processes of financial management. For the development was used the Agile Methodology Extreme Programming (XP), this methodology allowed to work collaboratively between the members of the development team and the user; for the compilation of requirements used the exploration phase provided by the methodology “XP”; for the coding of the computer system used Mongodb, Express, Angularjs and Nodejs (MEAN); and, for the storage of data used the Mongodb noSQL database which is oriented to documents. (FIWESY) as it has been called the Financial Web System has the following modules: Student registration, payment of tuition and pensions, payments to staff and the accounting module with their respective reports. Back to the stage of development were training to the staff of the Foundation. The tests and corrections were carried out under the management of Foundation JASPE. Once in place the computer system were made surveys to 70 people in order to determine its functionality. The indicators which were used to determine its functionality. The indicators which were used to determine the functionality were taken from the international standard for the evaluation of the quality of ISO 9126 software. The analysis of the result reflected that 73% were totally in agreement with the functionality of the Foundation. It is recommended to follow the user manual in order to guarantee the functionality of the system.
