Abstract

CREATION OF THE FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT FOR THE COOPERATIVE OF SAVING AND CREDIT FERNANDO DAQUILEMA IN RIOBAMBA CITY. The knowledge of the financial conditions results from supreme importance to understand in what situation the cooperative is and how it should be planning for its future for this reason the big importance of creating a financial department to look for the good government of the Money from the cooperative and the control of the funds to achieve its máximum efficiency in its use. The absence of a department specialized in finances that optimizes financial resources makes necessary the execution of this project. The objectives are: To satisfy the needs of the cooperative, To improve financial products that the same one offers. The market research and the analysis of the financial conditions were conducted using financial books, research online, and documentation of the cooperative. The result shows that the creation of the finance department require a budget for the acquisition of fixed assets, salaries of professionals; political rules and regulations, guidelines and basic principles of the financial management. It is recommended that this investigation be considered for its future since it will allow a major development and financial administrative strengthening for the cooperative; it is also advised that the department of finance be competitive and a leader in the market optimizing the economic, financial and human resources helping to implement the necessary corrective actions to obtain higher efficiency and financial efficacy in the decisión – making process, toking in consideration its scope and limitations.
