Implementación de un prototipo mecánico para evaluar la flexometría del cuero

Abstract

The research consisted of the implementation of the mechanical prototyping for the evaluation of the flexometer of the leather tanning of skins of the Faculty of Livestock Sciences laboratory, which was in the first instance the design team considering the guidelines set out in the regulations applicable to the measurement of flexometer of hides and surface for the installation of the prototype later was the construction of the team using materials that guarantee a minimum shelf life of 5 years to finally install it in the laboratory considering the feasibility and safety in operation. For the validation of the equipment operation conditions the flexometer of 5 samples of the goat leather, was measured in parallel was the evaluation of the same physical characteristic in a certified laboratory (ANCE), taking 5 samples of the same matrix for later determine validate it the data obtained with the prototype. With reference to the values of the accredited laboratory determined that implemented team reports the data accurate and precise, in view that the standard deviation, coefficient of variation, bias and relative error between the data reported by the prototype and reference data were equal to 0, value that in indicative to the results obtained with the prototype are in accordance with the reality of samples and can be applied in the assessment of the flexometer for future research within the field of tanning.
