Abstract

In the present investigation the feasibility analysis is developed for the implementation of the Quipux system with the purpose of strengthening the internal processes in Espoch. This is a qualitative and quantitative research. A numerical evaluation was carried out on the surveys, to be analyzed in the statistical package Google Form. The population that intervened in the market study are the different departments of the level of support and level of support of the Polytechnic School of Chimborazo, which total 1278 of where the sample is 246. In the technical study the research proposes a system of Document management type computer and with capacity of physical support which can be adjusted according to the needs. In the economic sphere, an investment of US $ 1000 was determined, which contemplates the environmental part, the impact is favorable since it contributes to the conservation of the environment. The research is feasible in its technical, economic and environmental dimensions to meet the demand of Espoch officials, it will be necessary to attend to other vulnerable sectors that could be potential beneficiaries of the research that was carried out for a joint benefit for the Institution.
