Análisis de dispensación y consumo de antibióticos en las farmacias independientes del cantón Riobamba.

Abstract

In this present work components that influence in the antibiotics distribution and were evaluated in private drugstores in Cantón Riobamba, with a comparative analysis of the distributors and independent users know throughout the application of two test intended to the drugstores distributors and users between June and July 2016 which were validated by the Delphi method, applying these test to both groups of study information was collected and analyzed statistically with the Chi Square (X2) factor. , s economic status, which forces the consumers to commit a dangerous action against their health, due the side effects which can present micro virus resistance. From the gotten results 92% of the users prefer to go the drugstore at the moment they are in pain in pursuit of getting something off the regular price. The users , lack of information provokes that the treatments with antibiotics cannot be completed. It has been concluded that guidance inappropriate for the users about the antibiotics administration leaving aside the importance of the doses, treatment lasting, interaction, and side effects of this Group of medicines. It is recommended to explain a clear form of use of the medicine in the appropriated doses and the required time of consumption.
