Análisis comparativo de plataformas de desarrollo de software, capaces de generar mensajería masiva tipo correspondencia: caso práctico entrega de Pre-Rol digital en el Distrito de Educación Colta – Guamote.

Abstract

This research project consists of the Comparative Analysis of development platforms Software, capable of generating mass messaging type correspondence: If practical delivery of pre-roll in the District Education Colta - Guamote, located in Cajabamba, parish in Colta, which provides care and service to 1125 teachers, more staff managed their jurisdiction. The comparative analysis was developed taking into account the characteristics required to provide quality service to the user to receive an electronic document and using the Scrum methodology and tools as encoder. NetBeans IDE 8.0.2, Apache and MySQL, in addition to research methods (scientific, inductive, deductive, Bibliográphical), including free programming languages (Ruby, Python, PHP, Java JSF primefaces) with owners (Visual Basic.Net, Clarion, Smalltalk, Oz) with to identify what is the most suitable and efficient platform to develop a "web Messaging System. Then selected Java JSF Primefaces free software and Visual Basic.Net of the owners, in which a prototype for each respective comparison, the evaluation of the prototypes the following indicators as used was developed: Ease of installation and management, e-mail services, connection and sending mass messages, sending security information, online support and ease of generating reports, in which the following results were obtained; Java JSF Primefaces gained 82.5%, the most suitable to develop the system of mass messaging type correspondence, compared to 60% for not complying with the relevant valuation service e-mail, connection and send bulk messages and ease of generating Visual Basic.Net reports., with the difference of 22.5%. The use of matching system type mass messaging, improves service to users by providing immediate answers in the service they require use also allow you to check the faults and change our programming, for which a permanent control system is recommended by parameters security software development promoting the use in other public or private institutions with the same needs.
