Diseño de un Modelo de Gestión Financiera para el Cuerpo de Bomberos del cantón Tisaleo, provincia de Tungurahua

Abstract

In this research, it was done the design of a model of financial management for the fire department of Canton Tisaleo, Tungurahua Province, in order to correct the flaws in organizational areas, administrative and financial, to solve the needs of the institution. The model for the start of the implementation of the financial management, was carried out a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the institution, conducting the FODA matrix, correlation matrix, the matrix of priorities and the strategic profile of the institution, with the aim of developed flaws in the execution of its activities, and proposed a manual functions to socialize it to the staff of the institution thus improve their daily activities. For the implementation of the balanced scorecard, is the application of the four perspectives, such as: financial, customer, internal processes, training and growth, will use the tools financial are the financial indicators and management, in order to eliminate errors in the activities held in the institution, and thus have efficiency and effectiveness in the field of administrative and financial, also it will contribute in the takes kilometer of decisions financial and the optimization of the resources of the institution.
