Diseño de estrategia de intervención educativa sobre expectativas hacia el alcohol en adolescentes. La Florida, Riobamba, enero – junio 2016.

Abstract

The objetive was to design an educational intervention about the expectations towards alcohol in teenagers. of the Neighborhood La Florida, Country of Riobamba, from January to June of 2016. An applied, transversal, and descriptive-correlacional investigation was made, within the universe of teenagers from 12 to 19 years (58). A form sheet was elaborated for the socio-demographic variables and an Alcohol Expectation Questionnaire (AEQ-A) of Brown and Goldman validated, for these ages in Latin America. The data was analysed by means of the SPSS 17 and the Chi-Square Test was used with a significance level of 5 % (p<0.05). The teenagers between 15 and 19 years predominated with a 56,897 % (33), male gender 58,621 % (34), with a level of basic instruction withouth ending 60,345 (35), without stable union 91,379 % (30) and they presented positive expectation towards the compositium of the toxic 63,793 % (37); the risk dimensions and agressiveness 67,241 % (39), followed by the cognitive and conductual damage 63,793 % (37). It was not show relation statistically significative among the positive expectations towards the alcohol consumption in teenagers that is why is necesary to implement the designed educational strategy that allows modifyingthis reality.
