Diseño de un sistema de gestión integral para la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Nueva Esperanza Ltda., del cantón Riobamba provincia Chimborazo

Abstract

This research Project is addressed to the Design of an integral Management System for the Cooperative of Savings and Credit, Nueva Esperanza limited company, from Riobamba canton belonging to Chimborazo province. In the savings and credit Nueva Esperanza Cooperative is of vital importance to conduct a study of the integral management system in order to assure the development of innovative projects enabling the institutional growth, by taking as starting point the implementation of the mission, vision, goals, policies, strategies and projects favouring the appropriate functioning of this institution in order to provide and excellent service to its associates. For this reason the methodology of the research to find out the strategies of the savings and Credit Nueva Esperanza Cooperative, is clearly detailed. These strategies previously mentioned will be quantified by means of; techniques and tools, field research such as the survey and interview applied to each of the members from Nueva Esperanza Cooperative. It has possible to demonstrate the fact that the savings and credit Nueva Esperanza Cooperative lacks of defined processes, it also goes through some setbacks like monitoring and goals evaluation problems in this case, functions are not overlapped. The personnel does not comply with the optimal profile to develop the activities in an effective and efficient way. Another aspect to take into account is that the organizational chart presents problems in its hierarchical organization as well as its functions. This atmosphere leads to the necessity of a Management Integrated System, thus, it was made the improvement of the aspects in the structural and organizational charts at the same time; it was developed a proposal of value map that triggered to a basic inventory of processes and procedures characterizing the most relevant facts through a diagram.
