Auditoría administrativa al Colegio Municipal Segundo Ulpiano Figueroa, del cantón Caluma, provincia de Bolívar por el período académico abril 2012 - febrero 2013

Abstract

The present Administrative Audit to the Segundo Ulpiano Figueroa Municipal School of Canton Caluma, Province of Bolivar for the academic period April 2012 - February 2013, had as main purpose to detect weaknesses and errors that require more attention in the development of the administrative process. The administrative audit consists of three phases: the first phase corresponds to the planning where the mission and vision were evaluated, in addition to the institution's SWOT; The second phase corresponds to the execution in which the internal control exercised within the institution was evaluated through COSO II, complemented with the analysis of the professional profile; In the third phase the final report on the results obtained was issued. It was identified that the campus lacks a POA, as well as a manual of administrative procedures, there is no call for merit and opposition for the selection and hiring of personnel, coexistence manual and outdated institutional chart, insufficient financial resources, lack of knowledge of The mission, vision and objectives of the Institution, absence of management indicators. Managers should take into consideration the conclusions and recommendations presented in this thesis with the purpose of contributing to the efficient performance of the activities.
