Abstract

It is important to develop auditing processes to enhance those administrative procedures. This research has been carried out the management auditing of the enterprise “Hilario Threads and Clothes”, in Guano canton, Chimborazo province, and its influence in enhancing administrative processes in 2011. This private enterprise has as its main objective to produce high quality raw material for textile sector at domestic level. The research was carried out by using non-experimental descriptive method and the field research; they were based on questionnaires and interviews by using auditing techniques such as interview guides, observation guides, and questionnaires for internal control which allowed analysis and synthesis of those variables without handling them and describing themselves at the same time. Using this procedure it was possible to carry out the management auditing to propose alternatives and to get its goals and the enhancement of its processes looking for resources optimization and efficient job which will be used to advise, analyze, diagnose, and provide recommendations for enterprises and get success in their management. It is possible to suggest and apply recommendations from the auditing management report to promote efficiency and efficacy in running business.
