Auditoría de gestión al Colegio Técnico Agropecuario “San Juan” de la provincia de Chimborazo, período 2011

Abstract

The present research on "MANAGEMENT AUDIT TO THE AGRICULTURAL TECHNICAL HIGHSCHOOL "SAN JUAN" IN THE PROVINCE OF CHIMBORAZO, PERIOD 2011”. It is very important since it allows to evaluate the management of the Administration and the procedures implemented in the Institution. The Audit provides management made decisions of the administration, through the identification of critical points that may be affecting the efficiency and effectiveness in the use of resources of the Institution. For this research we have used methods, techniques and instruments; such as observation, the developmed of surveys, interviews, questionnaires and documentary review also necessary for appropriate analysis. The proposal consists of four chapters, the first chapter focused both the problem and the objectives, the second chapter provides the theoretical foundation and the hypotheses for Research, in the third chapter are found, the methodological framework and hypothesis testing, and finally the fourth chapter reflects the proposal itself, with management indicators and identification of critical points to finish with its conclusions and recommendations. As a result of this research has determined that the administration of the Agricultural Technical School “San Juan” has many weaknesses since it must take into account the training and update from teachers and administration thereof, and that both codes conduct and internal regulations should have a good foundation based on the Education Act, especially as each day progresses education in several respects and therefore have to meet many challenges It is necessary to conduct management evaluations at least once a year, so that in this way the Institution every day can get better, and it can meet the educational needs of students.
