Auditoría de gestión al talento humano del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Chambo, período 2011

Abstract

In the present work we perform an Audit of Administration to the Human Talent of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of Chambo period 2011, by means of wich is known how the activities are developing commended the officials of the Institution, as well as the execution of goals and objectives proposed with the purpose of improving the personnel´s acting for the satisfaction of the necessities of the society. Later on of having them valued we have emitted recommendations to the officials, departmental bosses and to the maximum authority the mayor, as starting point should establish the mission clearly, vision and through these to establish the objectives, to achieve them they must have a highly qualified personnel according to the workspace to reach the effectiveness, efficiency, economy and ethics. The first chapter presents the background of the institution, the place where it is located, the legal base that constitutes it, the mission, vision, political functions, the structure of human resources and the institutional objectives. The second chapter details the theoretical mark that bases the investigation of the present work, as the basic concepts for the development of the same one. The third chapter presents the proposal from the administration audit to the area of human talent. The fourth chapter develops the phases of the audit and finally the fifth chapter includes conclusions and recommendations that emerged when performing this work.
