Desarrollo de un estándar para la utilización del B-Learning en la práctica docente en instituciones de nivel medio del Cantón Alausí

Abstract

This research was conducted in educational institutions at the middle level of the canton Alausí, the period of analysis and study for the research is considered the year 2013 - 2014 and it is specifically aimed at working with 102 teachers in four basic areas of knowledge such as: Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Language for Superior Primary Education and Baccalaureate as is stipulated in INEVAL to measure the academic achievement of students; based on the development methodology ADDIE for educational projects of public interest.

A sample of 60 teachers of the Education Unit “Manuel Galecio” who will use the standard, to modify their planning with B-learning activities to improve student learning, such as the Educational achievement was noted. Two different scenarios were then considered: first following the line of traditional education; second using of new teachinglearning methodologies. The statistical method for hypothesis testing will be t-student for

related samples. The results showed: 66.33% of teachers improve their performance by

using

this new methodology to teach students; while 33.33% did not improve their performance by continue using traditional methods.

It is concluded that 40% of teachers have improved their classroom activities reaching a good level of performance within the quality standards of the Ministry of Education, it means that it is helpful to work with B-learning activities in class. It is recommended to use B-learning methodologies in teaching, in order to standardize the use of Communication and Information Technologies, in a technical way, standardized and interactive to study any subject.
