Elaboración de la metodología para la certificación de la norma ISO 9001:2008 en el taller de CAD/CAM en la facultad de Mecánica.

Abstract

The development of the methodology of this document is intended the certificate to ISO 9001:2008 the workshop of CAD/CAM located in the Faculty of Mechanical, to a department accredited by the OAE (EAA) to obtain quality guidelines, allowing meet the academic needs of the institution. The investigation begins with an analysis of the current situation, of the workshop and its requirements which are evidenced the absence of procedures, documents or records within their facilities. The fundamentals for the development of quality management system, is the standard: ISO 9000:2005, we find explanations of terms and definitions related to the quality as well as some relevant concepts. The requirements for quality management systems are on the ISO 9000:2008, being this document basic for developing policy and quality objectives, structure and organization or procedures, documentation and process control workshop. For document preparation Workshop CAD/CAM Quality Manual was designed, Procedures Manual, in this design responsibilities, quality objectives and documentation of processes were established. With this work is intended to that the Workshop CAD/CAM guarantee all computerized machining processes thorough quality certification. Knowledge generation with high quality standards allows the institutions of higher education ensuring the activities carried out within each institution it is recommended to work under these management systems by forming professionals of excellence.
