Diseño e implementación del sistema de gestión basado en la norma técnica ecuatoriana INEN-ISO/IEC 17065, aplicado al O.E.C. SERCOMEC - ESPOCH

Abstract

The design and implementation of the management system based on the Ecuadorian technical norm INEN ISO / IEC 17065, applied to the OEC Center for the Technological Transfer of Services and Mechanical Constructions (SERCOMEC) - ESPOCH, was carried out with the purpose of developing the documentary system And the implementation of the requirements of these international regulations so that this certification body reaches accreditation to the Ecuadorian Accreditation Service (SAE), different stages were carried out starting with a diagnosis that reveals the level of compliance with ISO / IEC 17065. With these results we worked on the different sections to cover each item from: legal and contractual issues, structure of senior management, staff resources, process requirements and quality management system requirements. Procedures were developed that describe the activities developed in the revision of bodies of public transport being this the main function of SERCOMEC; The implementation of registries designed to facilitate the management of the documentary system related to the management, in addition a web page was generated that will serve as means of information to the interested sectors as they are transporters, companies manufacturers of bodies, informing about the services offered as To the certification of new, used bodies, prototypes and qualification of manufacturing companies. With the implementation of the management system in the ISO / IEC 17065 standard, SERCOMEC has achieved an acceptable level of compliance and initiates the accreditation process before the SAE. It should be mentioned that this thesis project can serve as a basis for the design of a management system according to ISO / IEC 17020, due to the fact that the National Transit Agency (ANT) has established that most operations are oriented To inspection processes.
