Modelo de gestión administrativo – financiero para la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Crecer Wiñari Ltda., de la Ciudad de Ambato, Provincia de Tungurahua

Abstract

Design an administrative-financial management model for the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Crecer Wiñari Ltda., to improve the performance of the institution, through the optimization of economic and financial resources, creating a theoretical framework through bibliographic research that supports the work. investigative, in addition to carrying out a financial diagnosis of the Cooperative to identify internal weaknesses and opportunities that arise to propose this degree work to establish different strategies that can be implemented in the institution to have an appropriate structure. To carry out the management model, the mixed research approach will be taken into account, which will be of great contribution to the collection of information such as the qualitative and quantitative method. Regarding the instruments, surveys of partners and officials, an interview with the manager of the financial institution, were taken into account, where the results were obtained that the staff is unaware that performance evaluation is carried out, and that the work environment is not so good. In addition, in terms of finance, the credit area must implement improvement policies regarding credit verification inspection to reduce the delinquency rate. That is why the Cooperative must implement an administrative-financial management model.
