Sistema de Engorde de Toretes Mestizos en el Trópico Húmedo

Abstract

In the community Simón Bolívar, parish Fátima, Canton Puyo, County of Pastaza, was evaluated three systems of it puts on weight of Toretes Mestizos, concerning in T1: Brachiaria, T2: Brachiaria + Cane and T3: Brachiaria + Cane + Balanced, distributing you under a Design of Blocks Totally at random and being evaluated different productive variables during 120 days of investigation. Being determined the best final weight and gain of weight in subjected mestizo toretes to the system Brachiaria+Caña+Balanceado reaching the best averages with 374.30 Kg and 75.90 Kg. On the other hand the best nutritious conversion in mestizo toretes during the 120 days of evaluation, it was determined when using the feeding system Brachiaria+ Balanced Caña+ with an index of nutritious conversion of 14.61, while the best indicator of benefit cost was determined in the subjected animals to the systems Brachiaria+ Balanced Caña+ and Brachiaria+ Cane with a value of Benefit - Cost of 1.19 USD, what means that for each overturned dollar with the use of these systems in it feeds it of mestizo toretes one has a net profit of 0.19 USD that comparative with the profitability obtained in the financial sector, it is representative. For what is recommended the use of the feeding system Brachiaria+ it is recommended Balanced Caña+ and Brachiaria+ Cane, since in the present investigation they registered the productive more satisfactory results and economically. To transfer the results obtained in the present investigation at level of small producers to take advantage in a better way the existent resources in the humid tropic of the Ecuador.
