Abstract

The present study was aimed at developing an organizational system for the Empresa Comercial Cisneros Importadora Kumho Cía. Ltda located in Ambato city, province of Tungurahua, period 2023. The proposal focuses on the design of an organizational system that is oriented to the sufficient and necessary conditions for the company to increase its productivity and reduce the duplication of functions, and, consequently, can be successful in achieving your goals, in such a way that facilitates the workflow and decision making. The study is structured in four main parts, the first phase refers to the general environment, organizational environment and the organization, then it focuses on the institutional philosophy where the principles and values, corporate colors and policies are detailed and with all this carries out the mission and vision, continuing with the next stage referring to the pyramidal structure where the hierarchical authority of the staff is shown and, finally, the organizational structure is found where the structural and functional organization chart of the company is clearly detailed. It is concluded that the company does not carry out correct supervision and control of collaborators, presents misrepresentation in the internal communication systems and a low lack of knowledge of the functions and responsibilities on the part of the members of the company. Therefore, the appropriate application of the proposed Organizational System is recommended in order to achieve business growth, making better use of its resources.
