Abstract

The objective of this research was to design the administrative process for FINANCIGROUP CÍA. LTDA; with the purpose of strengthening the administrative management of the company. All this through a methodology with a mixed approach and a descriptive level, a bibliographical and field type where the different techniques and their respective instruments could be applied for the collection of information such as an interview, a survey and the analysis of results through inductive - deductive methods. The main results obtained were the lack of a manual of administrative processes and tools that facilitate the execution of activities for internal collaborators. Therefore, the design of each of the stages of the administrative process was proposed, also implementing organizational structures and functions according to the needs of each department of the company, in addition to the flow charts that will allow easy reading of each process in the human talent area and with their respective business management indices to be able to permanently evaluate and control the results obtained by the company. It is thus concluded that the implementation of tools that strengthen the administrative, planning, organization, direction and control processes represent a comprehensive and strategic approach to boost business success as it provided the organization with a competitive advantage by allowing effective decision making.
