Abstract

This curricular integration research project aimed to design and construct a module with LED technology for early stimulation in preschoolers. A diagnosis of the problem was conducted, and the cognitive needs of the children were identified. A module with LED technology was designed to facilitate early stimulation for children in various cognitive areas. The methodology implemented for the LED module was quantitative. The studied population consisted of a specific group of preschoolers from the childcare center following an experimental field research approach to obtain information through observation and documentation techniques; some of these techniques included task delegation and documenting these tasks for the mentioned population. Pilot tests were conducted in an educational environment, and positive results were obtained regarding the children's cognitive performance improvement. It is concluded that the LED technology module is an innovative and effective solution for early stimulation in preschoolers.
