Plan estratégico para la empresa de seguridad privada Ninabanda & Ninabanda Cia. Ltda

Abstract

The present research work had the purpose of developing a strategic plan for the private security company "Ninabanda & Ninabanda" to improve administrative management by proposing strategies that guide decision-making in the short, medium, and long term. For the development of the same, a mixed approach (Qualitative and Quantitative) was used for the interpretation of the data collected through the surveys of the collaborators and the interview directed to the manager, with this information it was possible to know the situation of the organization regarding its strategic direction and in this way identify aspects that contribute to the approach of the strategic plan. Through the results obtained, it was possible to identify that the employees did not know the business philosophy of the company, likewise they were unaware of its business objectives. A relevant aspect identified was that communication was not efficient and the company did not have a strategic plan, for which they have not been able to take advantage of their internal and external factors. In the proposal the strategic plan of the organization was developed, this contains the situational analysis of the organization, business philosophy and the strategic approach, the development of this proposal will improve the level of competitiveness of the company within its industry. For this reason, its application is recommended to management, since this plan is an important tool for decision-making within the company
